Often leaders describe knowing where they want to be going – but feeling stuck and like they aren’t getting there, and they don’t know why or how to get themselves out of where they are.

Visioning workshops

  • Helps teams get clarity over where they are heading in the future (often used to align people and create a plan for how to then get there).

Landscape assessment

  • Often involves working with leaders and other stakeholders help organizations understand gaps between where they are today and where they’d like to be in the future.

Roadmap development

  • Drives organizations and teams to identify clear goals and create a plan to reach their goals.

  • Combines vision clarification work, landscape assessments, and strategic goal development to identify what is needed to accomplish an organization or team’s vision.

The format I use on a project varies based on the situation at hand. Many situations often use a combination of the services I offer. I meet with clients first to understand the challenges they are navigating, then work with them to design a support approach that aligns with their individual needs.
