In New England, many of our 140+ local cheesemakers source their milk from smaller local dairy farms and make cheese by hand. My mission is to support those cheesemakers and small scale dairies by putting more local artisan and handmade cheese on the table – whether that table is at a restaurant, in someone’s home, or even on a boat!
CHEESE TASTING CLUB
Every month, I visit and work with local cheesemakers and gather the highest quality cheeses they have to offer, bringing samples back for club members to try. It’s like having a cheese ambassador guiding you on your own personal cheese tour!
