ACEF is the fundraising leg for the American Cheese Society (2400-member international industry association) and provides education scholarship funds to support those across the cheese industry, from farmers and cheesemakers through distributors and cheese sellers. They were looking for help - feeling their team wasn’t entirely aligned and that their direction was murky.

Impact
Marty designed tailored workshops for ACEF’s board in order to help it develop a clear, forward-looking alignment that the whole team was excited about. Together we discussed development - fundraising cycles and aligning outreach and planning to those cycles, leveraging impact and outreach materials together to fundraise, and how to focus to set and work towards specific goals and outcomes. The group helped refine the organization’s mission statement, vision, core values and created strategic plan together.
