Internal Brand Strengthening

There are two aspects of brand development: external and internal.

External branding

External branding often involves developing the position, messaging approach, look and feel, approach to interacting with customers - all in order to define "who you are and how you present yourself" essentially.

Internal branding

With internal branding, you're trying to align your brand internally with your overall customer engagement team so that everyone is working together to the same same business vision, mission, and goals. Just like with external customer journey design, you can work to design your "internal" customer (i.e. employee and/or partner) journey.
